Chelsea have announced their starting eleven for today’s visit to St. Mary’s to face Southampton.
Chelsea have a brilliant record against the Saints in recent seasons. We defeated Mark Hughes’ three times last season, and considering the side’a respective form, you’d expect us to do the same again today.
Southampton head into today’s fixture just two points clear of the relegation zone. They are in desperate need of a win, having lost their previous two games in the Premier League.
Chelsea will also be hoping to return to West London with all three points. Maurizio Sarri’s side have drawn two on the bounce, and a win would see us move to the top of the table, at least until Liverpool and Manchester City come head-to-head later in the day.
Sarri made eight changes midweek, which included a rest for Eden Hazard and N’Golo Kante. Both return today in a full strength starting eleven. What do you think, Blues?
