This past weekend, a fifth Brazilian was added to a group of compatriots who have scored at least 20 Premier League goals, but who is the mystery player?

Here are the five Brazilians to have scored 20 or more goals in the English top flight…

5. Willian

Number of Premier League goals: 20

Willian’s late cross/shot to seal a point away to Liverpool on Sunday was the Chelsea winger’s 20th in the Premier League since signing for the Blues back in 2013.

A regular for the Selecao, the 29-year-old’s time in west London has been inconsistent to say the least, but he will at least have some comfort from joining such an esteemed list.

4. Oscar

Number of Premier League goals: 21

Willian will be hoping to leapfrog Oscar’s tally of Premier League this season, after his former teammate at Chelsea ended with 21 league goals in total.

Now in the Chinese Super League with Shanghai SIPG, the Brazilian international midfielder spent four and a half seasons at Stamford Bridge.

3. Roberto Firmino

Number of Premier League goals: 24

Already in third place despite only arriving on Merseyside two years ago, the 26-year-old striker has started to win over the hearts of the Kop with his hard-working displays.

Firmino is also a permanent fixture with the Brazilian squad and has a remarkable scoring record at international level, bagging five goals in just 16 games.

2. Juninho Paulista

Number of Premier League goals: 29

A firm favourite of all Premier League viewers let alone Middlesbrough fans, Juninho lit up the English top flight on three separate occasions, scoring nearly 30 goals over those spells.

The diminutive playmaker first arrived on Teesside in 1995, before returning again in 1999 and 2002 respectively.

1. Philippe Coutinho

Number of Premier League goals: 37

Officially the highest scoring Brazilian in Premier League history and unlikely to be beaten at any time soon, Philippe Coutinho remains a Liverpool player despite exit speculation.

The 25-year-old was an absolute bargain when he cost the Reds just £8.5m from Inter Milan in 2013 and he has developed into one of the leading playmakers in Europe.
