Chelsea boss Antonio Conte admits Oumar Niasse‘s diving ban has forced them into action.

Everton striker Niasse became the first Premier League player banned under the new law after it was deemed he “exaggerated the effect of a normal contact to deceive the referee” against Crystal Palace on Saturday.

Conte said: “For sure we have to teach our players to be honest in every moment. I don’t like to see a simulation or dive in the box.

“When I was a player sometimes when you are losing the temptation is high to do this.

“You have to try to be honest in every game.”
