Chelsea boss Antonio Conte has warned his player he won’t tolerate anymore touchline strops.

Michy Batshuayi and David Luiz were angry when they were substituted against Crystal Palace and Roma respectively. With both taking place in successive games, Conte felt it was important to put a stop to it.

The London Evening Standard says Conte told his squad in the build-up to Saturday’s match against Watford that such behaviour is not acceptable and stressed the need to stick together after going three games without a win.

Those words had the desired effect as Chelsea came from behind to beat Watford 4-2.

Noticeably, Luiz and Batshuayi responded positively to Conte’s comments.
