Former Chelsea striker Tore Andre Flo is delighted with his new job at Stamford Bridge.

Flo has taken charge of managing the club’s loan players.

He explained to Dagbladet: “It’s awesome. Chelsea have a very successful academy, but the road is still long to the first team at Chelsea. Therefore, it is important to succeed with the loans.

“This is where I’m going to do a job.”

Flo added: “My task is to see the loan players’ matches live from the stadium, maybe see clips from those I cannot see live. In addition, I speak a lot with the managers and give input to what players can develop and improve. It is important to follow-up that most players can reach Chelsea‘s A-team.”
