The champions did the double over Pep Guardiola’s side last season with Eden Hazard scoring three times, and the Belgian will make just his second League start of the season in the evening kick-off.
The Blues were unable to break down a resolute Arsenal side at Stamford Bridge around two weeks ago but have scored 15 goals in the three games around the visit of the Gunners.
Such a goal record is only beaten by Guardiola’ team, who already have 21 goals to their name in their six league games – but Sergio Aguero will miss out after being injured during a car crash.

That’s all from Conte now – stay tuned to our website for the Italian’s full quotes on Hazard, Morata, City and more.
Morata is fully fit, by the way. The striker appeared to be limping after the win over Atletico but Conte insists he’s fine.
Conte on Bakayoko and Kante: “Bakayoko is 100% fit and is playing well. He has a lot of room for improvement, he’s young. Sometimes he does positive and negative things. We must work to increase the positive.”
A: You must work on the pitch but when you have good players, it’s more simple to find this combination and play closely together and play well.
On whether he’ll make any changes against City, Conte says: “I don’t know. This is a tough game after Atletico and it will not be easy to make decisions [about changes]. Every player performed well [against Atletico]. I must check their physical condition.”
A: I’m not surprised, you need time to adapt but I’m pleased for him. He has improved his physical condition. This is the first chance to play regularly as a No.9. Don’t forget his experiences at Juventus and Real Madrid he didn’t play regularly.”
Conte on if he is worried when his players travel abroad during their time off:
“Honestly, I’m not worried. I was a player and when you have a day off, you must take your own responsibility to make the best decision for yourself and the club.”
A: He is an important player. He performed like a top player. We managed his recovery very well. The coach and the staff have to take the right decision for the player and to be sure the injury is the past. He played well against Atletico and I’m happy for him.
Conte on City: “Manchester City are a very good team, but last season it was the same. They’ve improved a lot this season with their signings, they’ve started well and have a lot of confidence.
“We’ve prepared for the game in only one day. It will not be easy.”
Conte on not having Luiz available for the City game:
“For sure he is a big loss but I think Andreas is playing well and is showing he is a really good player with great maturity and experience to play with us.”
“No, but first of all I’m sorry about this situation. When you have this type of accident, it’s not good but I hope he stays well.”
Here is the Chelsea manager!
Conte is, unsurprisingly, running a bit late but hopefully he won’t be too much longer…
