Chelsea goalkeeper Brad Collins has been cleared of spitting in a League 2 clash.

The FA have found no evidence of any wrongdoing by Brad Collins following allegations of spitting at the end of the 1-0 defeat at Lincoln.

The cold and stormy conditions during the game transferred to the players at the end of the League 2 clash as tempers erupted and an on-pitch brawl broke out.

In a statement from the club, Forest Green said they worked closely with the FA in their investigation into the allegation made about the player on loan from Chelsea.

Collins has made six appearances for the Green Devils on his season-long loan from Chelsea.
