Chelsea have launched their third kit for the 2017/18 season.

The shirt is dark grey with a subtle camouflage design on the front and has an electric blue twist, with markings on the back and down the sleeve. The shorts are the same shade of grey and also carry the distinct pattern, while dark socks complete the look.

The new kit is the last of the club’s jerseys for the new season, with a traditional royal blue home shirt and white away kit both already debuted in pre-season.

And new signing Tiemoue Bakayoko hopes the camouflage twist will help prepare Chelsea for the heat of battle on the pitch.

He said: “It’s quite fashionable. I am really into fashion, so I really like the shirt. When I first saw the camo, it made me think of the battles we face on the pitch.

“I really like the ‘Chelsea FC’ writing on the back as well. It’s also a really good colour. I cannot wait to put the shirt on.”

Antonio Rudiger added: “It is a nice kit, it is different. I like the camouflage… we’re turning to soldiers (laughs).”

The 2017-18 Chelsea FC third kit is available from today at, and will be worn for the first time away to Atlético Madrid on September 27.
