Liverpool signing Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain was reluctant to work with Antonio Conte at Chelsea, it has been revealed.

The Telegraph says Oxlade-Chamberlain rejected a move to Chelsea because of Conte.

Oxlade-Chamberlain was not impressed with Conte’s plans for him.

He joined Liverpool on the promise he will play in central midfield.

And, after learning Conte wanted him to play wing-back and compete with Victor Moses for game time, Oxlade-Chamberlain asked if Liverpool were still interested in his services.
