Chelsea boss Antonio Conte admits he’s already working on their summer market plans.

Conte has already started planning his transfer activity at Stamford Bridge and shows no sign of letting up in his quest to bring Chelsea success.

He said: “We have to finish this season but we have started to work for the next season.

“We have the same point of view, I for sure will to try to improve our squad because we have to face the Champions League.

“The club and me we have the same point of view.

“It would be great to stay as long as Ferguson, but you know very well in modern football it is difficult to stay a long time with the same club.

“For a coach the best solution is to stay for a long time at the same club and build something important.

“But we know modern football is dangerous and our jobs depends on the results. The only way I know is to try to compete and to stay a long time. This is my hope.”
