Chelsea boss Antonio Conte is demanding greater control of transfer policy.

The Times says Conte has been unhappy with the club’s dealings on the transfer market — with regards to both incomings and outgoings.

The Italian wants alterations to the Blues’ policy of buying and selling.

There was even more frustration in the January transfer window, as Chelsea lost three first team players in Branislav Ivanovic, John Obi Mikel and Oscar, without signing replacements.
