Conte has used a 3-4-3 formation in those games with Victor Moses and Marcos Alonso as wing-backs.
And it is the selection of Moses that has impressed Cascarino the most.
“The new Chelsea head coach’s best move was playing Victor Moses as a right wing back”
Former Chelsea striker Tony Cascarino
“Antonio Conte’s switch to a 3-4-3 formation has proved to be successful but the new Chelsea head coach’s best move was playing Victor Moses as a right wing back,” he wrotes in The Times.
“He offers a threat going forward down the right and also works very hard tracking back.
“People at Stoke told me that he was the fittest player during his loan spell and that athleticism is helping him in his new role.
“Moses’ recent emergence could prove to be a masterstroke by Conte.”
Nigerian Moses signed for Chelsea from Wigan for £9m in August 2012.
His first league appearance in almost three and a half years for the Blues came against the Hammers back in August.
