Chelsea are looking to continue their raid of Premier League champions Leicester City with star man Riyad Mahrez their latest target following the completion of N’Golo Kante’s transfer.
Reported in the Daily Express, new Blues boss Antonio Conte once again has his eye on the King Power Stadium less than 24 hours after N’Golo Kante was announced as a Chelsea player.
It is believed that Mahrez is interested in following his former teammate out of the exit door despite the Foxes’ incredible Premier League success last season.
The Algerian international is set to reject a £100,000-a-week contract in favour of a move to one of Europe’s elite clubs.

Along with Chelsea, rivals Arsenal and Spanish giants Barcelona are linked with a move for the Algerian star.
The Premier League champions have already lost the first of their star men after N’Golo Kante was announced as a Chelsea player on Saturday evening. The transfer fee is believed to have been around £32m as the Frenchman signed a five-year deal with the club.
The signing of Kante was announced as the Blues embarked on their European pre-season tour. Conte’s men took part in a friendly with Rapid Vienna on Saturday afternoon, losing 2-0 to the Austrian side.
