Leicester welcome Chelsea on Saturday as the last two Premier League title winners face off at the King Power Stadium.

Antonio Conte’s defending champions travel to Leicester – unlikely heroes of the 2015-16 season – with Italian coach putting his side well on the road to recovery.

The Blues lost their opening game of the new campaign 3-2 at home to Burnley, but wins against Tottenham and Everton have seen Chelsea get back on track.

Craig Shakespeare’s Leicester will also welcome not one former midfielder, but two, as Danny Drinkwater returns to his former club in his first game as a Chelsea player since joining former Foxes star N’Golo Kante in west London following a deadline day transfer.

Conte has confirmed that Eden Hazard will be included in his squad but admitted Drinkwater may not feature against his former side.

Hazard made his comeback from ankle surgery during the international break after coming on as a substitute against Greece before starting Belgium’s 9-0 win over Gibraltar, which booked the Red Devils’ place at next year’s World Cup.

Hazard has been in training with Chelsea this week, and Conte suggested the winger could feature against Leicester.

Drinkwater hasn’t played this season due to a minor groin injury, and Conte admitted the midfielder is not yet fully fit.

Gary Cahill remains suspended, but will serve the final game of his three-match ban on Saturday.

Aleksandar Dragovic is an option for Shakespeare’s Leicester following his loan move from Bayer Leverkusen.

The Foxes are still awaiting international clearance over a £22million deal for Sporting Lisbon midfielder Adrien Silva, but he would be unlikely to start even if Fifa resolves the transfer issues.
