Belgium international Thibaut Courtois is a regular topic of discussion with the powers that be at the Santiago Bernabéu according to the player’s agent, Christophe Henrotay.
Courtois is not believed to be a priority for Real Madrid at the moment, however, the 25-year-old is looking to increase his £90,000-a-week contract at Stamford Bridge and Courtois is frustrated that Chelsea have put off contract talks for the time being, if Metro reports are to be believed.
Courtois joined Chelsea in 2011 and was quickly shipped out to Atlético Madrid where he spent three years on loan. The Belgium international is now looking for a new deal at Stamford Bridge after establishing himself as one of the best goalkeepers in European football.
“Of course Thibaut is of interest to the big clubs, including the latest Champions League winner,” Henrotay admitted when speaking to Sport Foot.
“He’s someone who helps you win games, titles. I meet regularly those in charge at Real Madrid, and Thibaut’s case has come up. My role is to keep him updated on the situation.”

Courtois is believed to be waiting for the future of Eden Hazard to be decided, as well as the potential signing of Romelu Lukaku before he commits his future to a club.
Chelsea have allowed Bosnian international Asmir Begović join Premier League rivals Bournemouth this summer, with ex-Manchester City stopper Willy Caballero expected to replace Begović as Chelsea’s number two.
Blues fans will be anxious about losing their star keeper this season after Real Madrid appeared to have cooled their interest in long-term target David de Gea.
