Chelsea manager Antonio Conte took time away from football to appear in a music video after a grime crew stopped him in London.
The Stamford Bridge boss was casually strolling through the streets of London before being stopped by a crew making a music video, according to the BBC, and then asked to make an appearance in the rap video.
Eyez and Maniac now have a video for their grime track titled ‘Spitting Fire’ and it contains a three second cameo from Premier League winning manager Antonio Conte.
However, this is not the first time football and the rap industry have come together to create an unusual collaboration.
The most expensive player in the world – Paul Pogba – has some rap connections of his own. He features in a video with Stormzy – Pogba does’t try his hand in rapping though – he does however spend almost the entirety of the track ‘dabbing’.
Also, Everton winger Yannick Bolasie has featured in Lord of the Mics 6 when he rap battled with former Southampton forward Bradley Wright-Phillips.
Bolasie got some good feedback from professionals in the business who claim he can actually rap.
