Cherries boss Eddie Howe wants to add keeper Asmir Begovic to his squad as a replacement for Artur Boruc.
According to the Mirror, Howe is also desperate to bring Nathan Ake back to the club on a permanent deal.
Ake spent the first half of the season on loan at the Vitality Stadium and impressed enough for Chelsea to recall him.
Bournemouth have been scouring the market for replacements but believe the best course of action is to bring the Dutch utility man back.
Chelsea boss Antonio Conte is a big fan of Ake but the 21-year-old has not featured in the Premier League since returning.
Bosnia and Herzegovina international Begovic fancies a move away from Stamford Bridge after spending 18 months as back-up to Thibaut Courtois.
“I have spoken with the boss – we are quite open about it, he knows I am desperate to play, and that’s all it is really,” he said.
Chelsea are ready to let Begovic leave if they can sign a replacement keeper.
Celtic’s Craig Gordon has been the subject of two bids but the Scottish champions are unwilling to play ball.
According to the Mirror, Chelsea’s interest in Schalke left-back Sead Kolasinac has been prompted by Bournemouth’s bid to take Ake.
