The Italian made a surprise visit to Flip Out trampoline park in Wandsworth, south London to interact with the families of players and staff at the club.
The Blues have won 12 Premier League matches on the bounce and sit six points clear of Liverpool at the top of the table.
“Antonio Conte made a surprise visit to families of players and staff last week”
Conte was expected to miss the bash as his wife and daughter were not due to arrive from Italy until later in the week.
But the 47-year-old decided to attend the event anyway and socialised with the families of his players and staff.
And Conte’s Christmas gestures have gone further than that as he bought bottles of wine for over 60 members of staff based at the club’s Cobham training ground with handwritten messages.
The Italian is said to hold high standards and expects everyone to match his work ethic in achieving success at Chelsea.
And so far with the Blues sitting pretty at the top of the Premier League his approach is having the desired effect.
Next up for Chelsea is a home clash with Stoke on New Year’s Eve as they look to make it an unprecedented 13 victories in a row.
