“Sooner or later, the moment is also bound to come when Niklas Sule moves on, but we will see whether that is this summer or in two years,” he said.
“Every one of Europe’s top clubs are looking at him. He will soon have 100 Bundesliga appearances, he’s a Germany international and was born in 1995 – let’s be honest, clubs would be stupid not to be keen on him.”
Chelsea are not the only club to scout Sule though, with Bayern Munich also impressed with the youngster.
Bild report that the Bavarian giants are closing in on a move for the once-capped Germany international.
But judging by Rosen’s quotes, there’s at least a few club interested in obtaining Sule’s signature.
And with Chelsea set to be boosted by a £60m windfall when they sell Oscar to Chinese Super League side Shanghai SIPG in January, they’ll have the financial firepower challenge for their top targets.
