That’s according to Belgian journalist Kristof Terreur who has revealed West Ham have little to no chance of borrowing or buying the forward.
Batshuayi is wanted in east London after hardly featuring for Antonio Conte’s side this term.
“Chelsea not willing to sell/loan him out at the moment”
He was a £33m signing from Marseille and has failed to live up to that expensive price tag as yet.
However, Terruer insists Chelsea are thinking long term with the 23-year-old.
He tweeted: “West Ham are being linked to Michy Batshuayi again.
“Hammers think of him, but Chelsea not willing to sell/loan him out at the moment.
“West Ham enquired a while ago, but since then nothing has changed. Chelsea have long-term plans with Batshuayi.”
The Belgian forward has scored one Premier League goal from nine appearances as Diego Costa continues to keep him out of the side.
