Top-of-the-table Blues are looking to extend their winning run to 11 games and Wilkins believes they will.
“I see a Chelsea victory,” he told talkSPORT.
“I can’t see them conceding at the moment. So I think they’ll win.”
He can’t see a happy weekend for another of his old sides in Man United though.
Jose Mourinho’s side have won two games in a row but Wilkins predicts a tough game against West Brom tomorrow evening.

“(It will be a) score draw,” he added.
“I think both sides will score and no winner.”
The game of the weekend is between two title challengers in Manchester City and Arsenal on Sunday afternoon.
The Gunners lost a league game for the first time since the opening day on Tuesday against Everton.
But Wilkins says they will bounce back with an important win.
“I’m going to go away win,” he said.
“There’s no Mustafi for the Arsenal but I think they’re both footballing sides.
“If Arsenal play better football they will win the game.”
