The Blues skipper has been struggling for fitness this season after a run of niggling injuries.
But Terry, 36, has shown he’s stepping up his fitness by posting a video of him doing a one-to-one training session at the club’s Cobham training base.
In a slo-mo clip, Terry half-volleys the ball back to a Chelsea coach before bounding over a line of miniature hurdles and dribbling around some cones.
“”He’s a really important player for Chelsea, for me and for his team-mates”

The centre-back then passes the ball away from camera shot.
Chelsea boss Antonio Conte will be eager to have the veteran defender fit and ready for the busy Christmas period.
Conte’s men are on a run of 10 straight wins in the Premier League which has left them six clear at the top.
But with the fixtures stacking up over the festive period, the Chelsea boss is likely to dig into his squad.
Terry hasn’t played since the 5-0 thrashing of Everton on November 5.
He came on an 84th minute substitute in that game and hasn’t been involved since.
Terry’s last 90 minute run-out came in the EFL Cup defeat at West Ham in late October.
Despite not playing, Conte says the skipper has still be a big help.
“John is always very close to the team and he comes with us when we go to play at home and away.
“He’s a really important player for Chelsea, for me and for his team-mates.”
Chelsea face Crystal Palace at Selhurst Park tomorrow before home games against Bournemouth and Stoke on Boxing Day and New Year’s Eve.
They round-off their festive programme with a trip to Tottenham on January 4.
