The midfielder has penned a five-year deal at the Bundesliga outfit.
“Riechedly Bazoer has signed for Wolfsburg from Ajax”
However, the Prem giants have missed out on the highly-rated star.
Wolfsburg’s head of sport Olaf Rebbe, said: “We’ve been busy with Riechedly Bazoer for a long time and are now very happy that he has chosen VfL Wolfsburg despite other well-known offers.”
The 20-year-old joined Ajax from PSV Eindhoven in 2012 and has dazzled at the Amsterdam-based giants.
But after Bazoer’s breakthrough season last year where he became a first-team regular, he’s struggled to making the starting XI this term.
He hasn’t made a start in the Eredivisie since August and was widely expected to move.
Bazoer has also made six appearances for the Netherlands national side after working his way through the youth ranks.
