Chelsea defender Cesar Azpilicueta has signed a new contract.
The 27-year-old has put pen to paper on a new three-and-a-half-year deal to commit his future to the club until 2020.
He said: “I’m really happy to have signed a new contract. Since I arrived here my target was to progress as a player and win trophies.
“This new contract gives me the chance to continue my relationship with the club, that’s what I wanted and obviously I’m really happy here.”
The 15-year-old striker has decided he wants to move to Old Trafford.
A host of Europe’s biggest clubs have been following Redan’s progress at youth level but it’s claimed United are close to landing him.
Former Ajax scout Henny De Regt, who now works for United’s academy, reportedly flagged up Redan’s potential.
The 19-year-old, who has played at left-back for the Gunners’ development side, scored for the Rs’ Under-23s yesterday.
He was on trial at West Brom earlier in the season.
Robinson’s profile on the Arsenal website reads: “The teenager’s diminutive stature and turn of pace means he has all the necessary attributes to develop into a dangerous, attacking full back.”
