The People claim the north Londoners want to rubber stamp a temporary switch in January with a view to a permanent deal in the summer.
Chelsea boss Antonio Conte has also been linked with a move for the Croatian midfielder.
“Chelsea and Tottenham are eyeing Inter Milan star Marcelo Brozovic”
Italian news outlet CalcioMercato suggested last week that the Serie A heavyweights could still offload their influential star – despite him penning a new deal just days ago.
The Croatian ace snubbed a move to Stamford Bridge in the summer, according to his agent.
And The Daily Mail reported last month that Brozovic was under consideration by Blues chiefs ahead of January’s transfer window.
Brozovic had less than three years to run on his previous deal.
The 24-year-old joined Inter on an 18-month loan deal from Dinamo Zagreb in 2015 and made the move permanent in the summer.
Brozovic is an experienced campaigner and has racked up 56 appearances for Inter since joining the club.
