The Belgium striker joined the Blues this summer for £32million and scored twice in yesterday’s 8-0 win over a local Austrian side in a behind closed doors match.

The 22-year-old is keen to learn from Antonio Conte and says he’s settling in well.

“It’s been really, really good,” he said.

“Everyone in the group has made me feel at home, and everyone has helped me so much, the players and the backroom staff too. Even people who don’t speak French have tried for me. There is a great atmosphere here.

“I have a perfect relationship with the coach as well. I already feel like I am progressing a lot under him. I am still young, 22, and I am happy to have a great coach who will make me improve.

“Training has been very tactical and very physical, it’s been on another level. It’s been different to what I experienced before because you have to be 100 per cent concentrated in every session.”

Batshuayi was Chelsea’s first – and only so far – summer signing under Conte.

But the Italian is keen to recruit more with another striker, two defenders and a midfielder on his radar.

Express Sport understands the Blues are set to make a third bid for Real Madrid striker Alvaro Morata.

Chelsea have had bids of £50m and £62m knocked back and Madrid are demanding £67m for the Spain international.
